The apartment is definitely much better with the change of management. i love the food truck thursdays and the leasing office is a lot more attentive. on a lesser note, the pool area could use a bit more attention since the removal of the wooden structures. additionally the grills could use replacing. all and all, im proud to call this place home and can’t wait to see all the changes in the future.

There’s some things I really enjoy and I really love about presidential city but there’s some things I’m a slight bit concerned about on. I’m sure that things will improve and be great. I really like the amenities. I love sitting by the pool and I’m looking forward to being a star resident.

nice community and gym/pool area. walls are not very sound proof. packages often mislabeled. staff is okay but are not that helpful and will let anyone into buildings so not secure. if you have pets the dog parks are great

I’m in my 4th year at Presidential City and it continues to be a joy to live here. The Mack Management is extraordinary and have made improvements to the facility that enhance its beauty and function. The apartments are beautifully appointed, well maintained , and when there is an issue with anything in my apartment, maintenance is responsive and take care of whatever needs fixing in the most professional manner. Management is a pleasure and communicate frequently with the residents about the activities on a day to day basis. Good trucks are on sight during the warmer weather months on Tuesdays and Thursdays and they provide an alternative to cooking. Overall this is a vibrant, diverse community located near great shopping with easy access to all major thoroughfares. It’s a wonderful place to live.

I have been here for 3 going 4 years so far I have seen a lot of improvements. But the management needs to be able to pick up when we call. Other than that they need to ease up a little on the restrictions by the pool. I like the new security in the building.

Move in was a smooth process. Only issue was the dishwasher in my unit was gross but they said that they would work on fixing it so hopefully it's fine. Also 20$ for a guest at the pool is too much!

I've lived here for almost two years and have had a good experience. Maintenance is very quick to respond to requests. The apartments are nicely renovated and its an ideal location right off the highway. The parking situation though leaves much to be desires. If you come after 6-7pm its nearly impossible find parking in the main lot for Madison and Jefferson. Even later at night and you will find yourself driving around all the lots looking for a place to park. The few car break-ins which occurred also is concerning. Overall, my experience living here has been good.

Love my apartment & especially the pool! Downside is being charged for a guest at the pool. I think you should be able to bring 1 or 2 free of charge, if bringing more than that, I understand, it takes away from residents being able to have a lounge chair, but charging for each guest is penny pinching. Cabanas should be free, they used to be!

Everything is good great so far! The package situation has gotten 100% better. In terms of the parking I guess it is frustrating that I pay for parking and so many people don't and they are taking all of the available parking spots.

Overall, I enjoyed living here for the past two years. The key benefits of the building are an amazing shower, nice appliances, a neat apartment, a very quiet location, easy access to packages, and reliable mail. Unfortunately, my apartment has recently had a mouse problem.Management was very responsive and really tried to help with the issue each time in a timely manner. Amenities are also very good, and overall, the rent is good for being in a good location just outside Philadelphia. I wish though, they offered better deals for prolonged tenantship. The biggest negative is that it is really hard to find parking next to the building I live in after sunset, which has only worsened since I have stayed here as more guests stay unsupervised.

Apartment buildings are kept clean. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. Lease and renewal terms have been fair. Amenities and lounges are wonderful. I only wish Sora was kept in better condition. The sauna doesn't work and steam room has been closed for repair for most of my time here.

My experience at presidential city has been great. There has been a number of times i needed maintenance done and they came within 24 hours to fix it. I'm also glad the concierges are at my building 24 hours as it makes me feel safer and they can address any concerns i have.

The price is ideal for the location. The amenities look very nice from the pictures. I could not come tour in person so I had a virtual tour. I was able to see all that I needed. It was hard to reach a leasing agent at first but once I got one, the process was smooth.

The only issue is my packages get lost and there is limited parking unless you pay for parking under the garage. Otherwise the staff is really nice and helpful with any questions or concerns. the appliances are up to date as well

I love living at Presidential City. I’ve been living here for over 5 years. However, once management switched over, some things did appear to go downhill. The package system that worked perfectly and conveniently was taken away. The pool rules completely changed. And I think things like that changed Presidential for the worst. The service here used to be more of luxury and now it is not. I hope it goes back to that soon.

I’m my first 48hrs, I’ve noticed everyone is friendly and helpful. I put in an emergency maintenance call and the person was there in less than an hour. I would like to suggest spot cleaning in the hallway of the 11th floor and on the passenger elevator.

Front door of Adams entrance still missing since I moved here in August. Looks unseemly. Missing packages, concierge says computer is broken half the time so packages aren’t logged. Unprofessional

fix the parking situation. Tow the cars that don’t belong there so that we who pay for parking can actually park. And, at the very least, when we are forced to park far away from where we live, have more security, especially late at night. Not to mention in the rain.

The apartments are clean and spacious. The leasing office took a long time to be able to give us a tour and put our lease together but once we moved in things have been going smoothly. There were a couple things like our laundry machine not working and a clogged shower drain when we first moved in but maintenance was very responsive. Finding parking can be a hassle after about 8-9pm once school starts back up. You’ll find an empty space but it might be a 5+ minute walk from your building. As for the amenities, you cannot bring guests to the gym or pool without paying $15pp per day. Overall, there are very few flaws/negatives and would recommend Presidental!

The move-in was very smooth, considering the side of the freight elevators. All of my issues have been address very speedily, however I’m still reviewing my space. Staff has been more than welcoming, friendly & attentive. The only issue thus far was the smell of marijuana during the Labor Day pool party and I guess I was expecting a more mature atmosphere.

Experience is great! Can’t complain, everyone is super nice but at the same Time mind their own business. Buildings stay nice and clean however the only downside is the trickling of dogs in elevators and on sidewalks when walking to the pool or gym. Other than that I would say everything along with staff members and maintainer are very helpful.

Overall great community. reaching out to the leasing office was a bit hard (especially via phone call), but they're more responsive to emails. move-in process was completed without any major issues. maintenance turnaround time took longer than I expected (7 days), but otherwise good community.

My experience at presidential city apartments has been fantastic. The location gives you a feel of the city but also the suburbs as well, as it's not completely immersed in the main-line realm, nor the actual city, but in the middle. The apartments are modern and have a beautiful, pristine touch to them.

The changes are coming through from new management and the place looks great and feels more secure. Love the events they are having. However, a big note is the charge in price for reserving the cabanas at the pool - this seems excessive and no one is reserving it because of this. Hoping this changes in the future so it can be a little more affordable and accessible to residents who enjoy the perks of the pool area!

This place has been soooooo great as living place. Amenities, environment, and facilities are so great in shape!! One thing I feel inconvenienced is the window screen..! There is no window screen, so it is kinda hard to open due to bugs or insects. Other than that, it is AWSOME!

Management never returns phone calls, we should not have to pay for a guest to come to the club. Should at least have one free guest per unit. Handicap parking is always used by people without permit and nothing happens.

Madison concierges are the best. They always have my packages ready for me without having to ask. It’s the thoughtfulness for me. For example, they will see me go out to take my dog for a walk and have my package waiting for me.

Beautiful apartment, fabulous pool. Convenient to stores, restaurants and Center City. Do not like the new package delivery system, lockers removed, why have a concierge then? Also do not agree with charging to bring just a single guest to the pool, disappointing.

Great place to live. They need to figure out the parking—and actually put the windshield thing on cares more regularly. Especially when illegally parked cars make it hard to navigate out of legal spots.

great, staying here another 18 months. No problems so far. However, it was annoying that when i transferred apartment, they treated my family and i as new residents so I had to pay for my application all over again and other fees even though we have been here 4 years. annoying.

It's located in a very pretty area within the city. Loads of wonderful stores and restaurants are nearby. The apartment complex itself is very high-end and feels like you get every bit of your money's worth
