Simple and easy. However, you guys should invest in carts so residents have easier way to move in. Neighbors are nice. Parking needs some serious improvement, it should be no reason i have to park away from my building and have to walk.

We appreciate the new steps from ADAMS BLG TO THE POOL, renovations to the play room and other refreshers in our community. You guys are doing a great job! We would also like to request fresh paint in all hallways…on every floor with all welcome mats removed (they don’t match and are a tripping hazard) as well as the outdoor chairs replaced in front of ADAMS BLDG. It’s nice to be able to come and go with no hassle. The parking lot feels safe and the people coming and going are generally nice. The staff at the front desk is always pleasant and accommodating.

Love my apartment & especially the pool! Downside is being charged for a guest at the pool. I think you should be able to bring 1 or 2 free of charge, if bringing more than that, I understand, it takes away from residents being able to have a lounge chair, but charging for each guest is penny pinching. Cabanas should be free, they used to be!

Everything is good great so far! The package situation has gotten 100% better. In terms of the parking I guess it is frustrating that I pay for parking and so many people don't and they are taking all of the available parking spots.

Overall, I enjoyed living here for the past two years. The key benefits of the building are an amazing shower, nice appliances, a neat apartment, a very quiet location, easy access to packages, and reliable mail. Unfortunately, my apartment has recently had a mouse problem.Management was very responsive and really tried to help with the issue each time in a timely manner. Amenities are also very good, and overall, the rent is good for being in a good location just outside Philadelphia. I wish though, they offered better deals for prolonged tenantship. The biggest negative is that it is really hard to find parking next to the building I live in after sunset, which has only worsened since I have stayed here as more guests stay unsupervised.

Nice property. Some problems with air conditioner leaks but some has been addressed. Elevators have been down some and some noisiness. For the most part we are satisfied with our choice to move to Presidential City.

The amenities are great, even though we live in Philly the noise level is very low. Very safe and close to the main highways. My favourite thing is sitting by the pool to study in the spring and summer.

Apartment buildings are kept clean. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. Lease and renewal terms have been fair. Amenities and lounges are wonderful. I only wish Sora was kept in better condition. The sauna doesn't work and steam room has been closed for repair for most of my time here.

My experience at presidential city has been great. There has been a number of times i needed maintenance done and they came within 24 hours to fix it. I'm also glad the concierges are at my building 24 hours as it makes me feel safer and they can address any concerns i have.

I have loved living here so far. The only issue I have had is with parking since there is minimal spots and it feels very unsafe to park in an available area, but it has gotten better. the front desk people are super nice and all neighbors are respectful.

So far, I’ve loved living here. I love that this gym is 24 hours. The community is always kept clean. The security guards on the grounds help me (and my car) feel safe! The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is lack of response from managers via email.

Overall experience is good. I do think there could be better communication at times such as regarding the workout classes in the gym. They could be listed on the active building app for more accurate schedule availability as instructors as often not there during listed sessions.

The price is ideal for the location. The amenities look very nice from the pictures. I could not come tour in person so I had a virtual tour. I was able to see all that I needed. It was hard to reach a leasing agent at first but once I got one, the process was smooth.

Loving all the amenities Presidential city has to offer and I love how big and safe this community is, you can walk around, head to the pools which are amazing and nice looking gym, also great resident lounges where you can just hangout with friends. And the Panera bread and spa on site is a definitely a plus! it’s like staying at a hotel resort !

The only issue is my packages get lost and there is limited parking unless you pay for parking under the garage. Otherwise the staff is really nice and helpful with any questions or concerns. the appliances are up to date as well

The apartment complexes are really nice and peaceful. My only qualm is that I’ve been having issues with my packages not arriving. I don’t know if this is an apartment issue or an issue with the carrier itself. But other than this I really enjoy living here

I love living at Presidential City. I’ve been living here for over 5 years. However, once management switched over, some things did appear to go downhill. The package system that worked perfectly and conveniently was taken away. The pool rules completely changed. And I think things like that changed Presidential for the worst. The service here used to be more of luxury and now it is not. I hope it goes back to that soon.

I’m my first 48hrs, I’ve noticed everyone is friendly and helpful. I put in an emergency maintenance call and the person was there in less than an hour. I would like to suggest spot cleaning in the hallway of the 11th floor and on the passenger elevator.

The apartments are clean and spacious. The leasing office took a long time to be able to give us a tour and put our lease together but once we moved in things have been going smoothly. There were a couple things like our laundry machine not working and a clogged shower drain when we first moved in but maintenance was very responsive. Finding parking can be a hassle after about 8-9pm once school starts back up. You’ll find an empty space but it might be a 5+ minute walk from your building. As for the amenities, you cannot bring guests to the gym or pool without paying $15pp per day. Overall, there are very few flaws/negatives and would recommend Presidental!

The move-in was very smooth, considering the side of the freight elevators. All of my issues have been address very speedily, however I’m still reviewing my space. Staff has been more than welcoming, friendly & attentive. The only issue thus far was the smell of marijuana during the Labor Day pool party and I guess I was expecting a more mature atmosphere.

Experience is great! Can’t complain, everyone is super nice but at the same Time mind their own business. Buildings stay nice and clean however the only downside is the trickling of dogs in elevators and on sidewalks when walking to the pool or gym. The location gives you a feel of the city but also the suburbs as well, as it's not completely immersed in the main-line realm, nor the actual city, but in the middle. The apartments are modern and have a beautiful, pristine touch to them.

The changes are coming through from new management and the place looks great and feels more secure. Love the events they are having. However, a big note is the charge in price for reserving the cabanas at the pool - this seems excessive and no one is reserving it because of this. Hoping this changes in the future so it can be a little more affordable and accessible to residents who enjoy the perks of the pool area!

Amenities and staff are very nice, but the transition to fetch is making the experience of living here uncomfortable. However, the management team were very helpful, especially Juvie, in listening and trying to solve my issue regarding fetch. Overall, I am satisfied. Thank you!

This place has been soooooo great as living place. Amenities, environment, and facilities are so great in shape!! One thing I feel inconvenienced is the window screen..! There is no window screen, so it is kinda hard to open due to bugs or insects. Other than that, it is AWSOME!

I’ve been here for a couple weeks now and I love it so far. The area is really peaceful and there’s so many lovely amenities. I also really like the fact that it’s so close to target and other stores.

Management never returns phone calls, we should not have to pay for a guest to come to the club. Should at least have one free guest per unit. Handicap parking is always used by people without permit and nothing happens.

Madison concierges are the best. They always have my packages ready for me without having to ask. It’s the thoughtfulness for me. For example, they will see me go out to take my dog for a walk and have my package waiting for me.

Maintenance staff were very responsive to minor repairs. It was a fan that made loud clicking noise and one of the window latches was being difficult.

I like the area , it is really beautiful and huge. Pool club is wonderful. Area around the building is also so good. Clean and savory. But is sad that sauna doesn’t work. Would like to visit it.

Overall everything nice, the only thing that you need to replay to emails faster two types i need to go to the office because i did not get a reply. And the maintenance taking so long it has been 2 weeks now since i but an request.

Beautiful apartment, fabulous pool. Convenient to stores, restaurants and Center City. Do not like the new package delivery system, lockers removed, why have a concierge then? Also do not agree with charging to bring just a single guest to the pool, disappointing.

Good experience so far. The maintenance staff is great and super efficient. The floor I live in is pretty quiet which is a plus! Might renew my lease!

Great place to live. They need to figure out the parking—and actually put the windshield thing on cares more regularly. Especially when illegally parked cars make it hard to navigate out of legal spots.

So far, living at presidential city has been great. The property is amazing and there are so many amenities you feel like you’re living in a resort. The gym has everything you need and is always nice and clean.

great, staying here another 18 months. No problems so far. However, it was annoying that when i transferred apartment, they treated my family and i as new residents so I had to pay for my application all over again and other fees even though we have been here 4 years. annoying.

Super great here! The one problem with my room is it is very bright even at night. Would love it if the rooms came with blackout curtains. Other than that, it's great!

Love the environment the dog park the swimming pools and so on. But hopefully in the future, there could be 24 hour front desk service in every building.

I have loved living here. It is quiet, the management is very responsive, and I love the amenities! It is also very affordable and close to center City!

It was nice moving Henry and the other person were really helpful . They helped me my first couple days. I had some problem with the fridge but miatance fixed it right away

Great place to live. Nice neighbors. Great staff. I especially like the diversity that I see in the people who live here. And it's a generally friendly place. Down side is that there is never enough parking, even though there is a charge for a parking space.

Love everything about living at Presidential City. Beautifully appointed apartments, responsive service when needed, diverse and friendly residents, interesting activities arranged by management, great location. Now, if they could just lower the rent a bit, I’d stay here forever.

It's located in a very pretty area within the city. Loads of wonderful stores and restaurants are nearby. The apartment complex itself is very high-end and feels like you get every bit of your money's worth
